Directions for use: To turn ON, rotate base counter-clockwise until vibration starts. To turn OFF, rotate base clockwise until vibration stops. HOW TO SCULPT: After applying 2-3 drops of our Botanical Serum, beginning at jawline, hold roller (turned on) in place for 30 seconds then gradually move upwards toward the cheekbone. Repeat 5x on each side. FOR THE JAWLINE: Starting at the jawline, gently roll upward toward the ears and under the chin in short strokes. Repeat 5 times. FOR THE CHEEKS: Starting at the jawline, gently roll upward to sculpt your cheeks. Continue 5 times on one side then switch to other side. FOR TECH NECK: Glide the roller in up and down vertical strokes to help reduce the appearance of tech neck lines. Use for 3 minutes. FOR THE UPPER LIP AND VERTICAL LINES: Place above lip, beneath nose for 10 seconds across entire lip area. Repeat 5 times. FOR THE FOREHEAD (THE 11'S): Gently roll upward between eyebrows for one minute in continuous short strokes. MULT-IUSE: Recommended for under eye area puffiness. Roll in gentle strokes under eye outward to temple and below ear. Repeat 5 times each side. FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS: Use AM/PM for up to 10 minutes.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Use soap and water on rose quartz roller crystal only. Lay flat to dry. 3) How often should one use the vibrating roller?

4) Are there any risks?

I recommend staying away from the eyes, stay clear under the orbital bone, as the skin in this area is thinner.  For anyone taking blood thinners, I also wouldn’t recommend.
